Meet the Squirrel
I am a Recreational Therapist with experience working with various disability populations, including Autism. ADHD, Anxiety, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, and many others. I also own an adaptive dance company called Jasmine's Beat that caters to any age and any disability, to ensure accessibility to the art of dance to all. I am a busy squirrel who loves to dip her feet into various styles of dance and adapt it. I am certified in BollyX low impact training, Chair One Dance Fitness, and special needs group fitness. When you don't find me involved with dance or recreational therapy, you'll find me directing adaptive theatre shows and chauffeuring my own 3 baby squirrels around.
