Testers available / interested in digital ADHD test?

Hello! I am on a mission to find helpful looking tools and tech specifically to support and empower ND'ers. I spoke with a representative from EFSim - a company that created a gaming scenario and simulation that tests for ADHD in teenagers and children. I am going to be rounding up a few clinicians to review the product with me but wanted to extend the invite to people here, too, with children <16 to demo and test out this tech! https://efsimtest.com/

Come and discuss tools, tech, apps, or other gadgets that you have seen, reviewed, or want to share with the group. With AI and tech, there are new apps and companies launching right and left.

The purpose of this group is to help each other vet and find helpful resources and to post reviews or even introduce something new to the group. We are fortunate enough to have great tech partners at Squirrel Space and we'll use this discussion board to introduce partners, ask the community for feedback, and even invite the community to co-create and co-design with us as we dive in deep into neurodivergent-centered user research, design principles, and eventually partner with developers to launch our own tech for this community.

Join in, follow along, and keep up with the world of neuro-tech!

This is a great topic of discussion! I totally agree, with the vast and expedited growth of technology at our fingertips, it can be overwhelming to grasp the right technological tools that may be useful in our daily personal and professional lives. One piece of tech that I use on a daily basis is my Apple watch! Other than being able to tell the time by simply rotating my wrist, I also rely on it to receive notifications, health tracker, and alarm! My wife used to not like it when my phone alarm would go off every 5 minutes, as it was disrupting her sleep. Ever since I've gotten the Apple watch, I have not relied on audible alarms for 2 years! Instead, my watch would vibrate with enough force that actually wakes me up in the morning without a single peep (I'm a heavy sleeper). I also love that I can look on my phone at the Health app to see the quality of sleep I got the night before as well!

I feel like this simple tech has really enhanced my everyday life and has delivered in areas that I would not think would effect me in such a way. It keeps me on track, health conscious, and has helped me not rely on blaring morning alarms to get me out of bed!
