Hello Squirrels. I'm looking forward to learning from you all.
I'm a former corporate executive and current entrepreneur who identifies as neurodivergent (doctors have hesitated to diagnose w ADHD) and struggles with anxiety from time to time. My wife was diagnosed ADHD as an adult and has done significant research and training on dealing with ADHD as an occupational therapist. No surprise, but both of our sons have ADHD. Several other members of our family are neurodivergent, including a niece who was recently diagnosed as being on the spectrum (which may be shedding some light on all of the 'idiosyncrasies' of her parents and grandparents.)
As you may guess, I have a special interest in understanding and learning as much as I can and developing perspectives and skills that can help us all cope and thrive.

Hi Scott, Welome - and the family ties are so real. I want to point out how much more equipped your kiddos are likely to be given that you and your wife are so curious. Knowledge is power and learning how to best help with whatever flavor of neurodivergent operations you both have, will invite them and give permission for them to do the same. So cool!
