General Discussion

Hello everyone, my daughter came across this information and shared it with me. I am 60 years old. I did not realize I had ADHD until recently. It sure explains a lot. I cannot take meds cause it makes me super hyper so I’m trying to deal with this on my own. My biggest problem is focusing and remembering .I really struggle with organization, executive functioning. I have things everywhere in my house, trying to figure out how to even tackle this without being overwhelmed, the struggle is real. I know you all understand!!
